2 February 2000 ... Star Wars and Hobby
Day Seven of Freedom. Well folks. I have turned into a lazy bum. Didn't take too long did it? Past couple of days I have just lost the desire to accomplish anything. I have been lying around, getting more sleep than I need. I have been watching movies. I even attempted to watch some television. Ugh. I won't try that one again. :)

So I watch Star Wars, episodes 4, 5 and 6. I think I have decided that R2-D2 is my favorite character, he's just so cute. And then, I noticed that James Earl Jones, the voice of Darth Vader, is not listed in the credits until the very last movie. Strange, huh? I found that strange, in a bad kind of way.

I was half looking for continunity problems... Like for instance, Ben Kenobi said in episode 5 that Yoda was the "Jedi Master that instructed me." But in episode 1, Kenobi is being apprenticed by Qui-Gon. Maybe they just have more than one teacher. Also, with my knowledge that Anakin Skywalker constructed C3PO, I realized that Darth Vader never comes in contact with the droid... The closest they get is in episode 4, when Vader is fighting Kenobi and the droids and everyone else runs out to the Millennium Falcon.

Star Wars Store at Amazon.com... Episode 1, The Phantom Menace is being released on video on 4 April, yipee. You can buy a VHS, special edition of episode 4, A New Hope, but VHS, episodes 5 and 6 are no longer available, the DVD versions have not yet been released.
Star Wars.com Lots of Star Wars stuff.

Anyway. I think I am starting a new hobby. I have started drawing again. I used to take all the art classes in high school. I don't have excessive talent, but you can usually tell what it is that I am drawing. So, the other day I took half a page in my paper journal and doodled. And today, I am in the middle of a full page drawing with colored pencils.

As usual, I am not exactly sure what I am doing, but I suppose that's okay. I wish I had a scanner so that I could post some of my doodles here, but oh well.
